| ［目的］ 探讨动态心电图心率变异性分析对急性脑血管卒中患者临床预后价值。［方法］ 分析108名脑卒中住院患者24 h动态心电图各项指标及神经体液因素变化。［结果］ 脑卒中患者的HRV 的参数值降低，即全部窦性R-R间期的标准差、每5 min节段正常窦性R-R间期的标准差、高功率谱、低频功率谱、明显低于正常对照组患者，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。脑卒中组神经递质变化显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。 ［结论］ HRV是脑卒中死亡的独立危险因素。同时脑卒中患者交感神经张力亢进,可能是导致心率变异性降低的主要原因。 |

| ［Objective］ To discuss the clinical prognosis value of heart rate variability analysis to the cerebral stroke patient. ［Method］ Analyze the HRV parameters of 108 apoplexy patients in hospital including the neurotransmitter change.［Results］ The measured components of HRV，including SDNN,SDANN,low frequency power(LF)，high frequency power(HF), were lower in the patients with cerebral stroke when compared with the control patients group. And neurotransmitters in cerebral stroke groups were significantly higher than those in control groups (P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ The above related parameters of HRV were correlated with cerebral stroke death rate, Simultaneously nerve hyperfunction in apoplexy patient maybe the primary cause that reduce the heart rate variability. |
