蓝光滤过型人工晶体对视网膜光损伤保护的研究

摘要:
[目的]比较蓝光滤过型人工晶体与紫外吸收型人工晶体在视网膜光损伤保护方面的差异。[方法] 选取灰兔20只,随机分为实验组与对照组,均行晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,实验组植入蓝光滤过型人工晶体,对照组植入紫外吸收型人工晶体,各组在术后7 d行蓝光照射14 d,剥离视网膜。行光镜、电镜观察及丙二醛(MDA)含量的测定。[结果] 光照后实验组较对照组视网膜组织改变轻微,丙二醛含量低。[结论] 蓝光滤过型人工晶体较紫外吸收型人工晶体有较好视网膜光损伤的保护作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] In this work, two kinds of intraocular lens, blue-blocking lens and UV-absorption lens, respectively, were compared the difference in protecting retinal light scathe. [Method] Twenty rabbits were divided into experimental and control groups. They were implanted intraocular lens by ultrasonic phacoemulsifier . blue-blocking lens were implanted in experimental group; however, UV-absorption lens were implanted in control group. Both groups were irradiated by blue light for 14 days after operation later 7 days, and then peeled off retinas. The light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and the content of MDA were be measured. [Result] The result showed the histiocyte of retinas had lower change in examination group than comparison group, and the content of MDA smaller. [Conclusion] The blue-blocking lens had better protection for retina than UV- absorption lens.
