局麻下使用电动吸割器处理上颌窦自然开口进行疼痛评定的临床研究

摘要:

［目的］ 探讨鼻内镜下辅以电动吸割器在上颌窦自然开口处理中进行疼痛评定的临床研究，［方法］　选择双侧病变接近的慢性上颌窦炎、筛窦炎，鼻息肉患者40例，治疗组使用电动吸割器扩大一侧上颌窦自然开口(20例)，对照组常规使用反张咬钳、咬切钳扩大同一患者另一侧上颌窦自然开口(20例)。 ［结果］　采用四点口述分级评分法　治疗组有效率95%（38/40），对照组有效率62.5%（25/40）（P<0.05），两组比较有显著性差异。　［结论］　局麻下使用电动吸割器处理上颌窦自然开口明显减轻术中疼痛，减少术后窦腔粘连，尤其适合在基层医院推广。
