不同基质利福平栓剂的制备及质量考察

摘要:

［目的］制备不同基质的利福平栓剂并进行质量考察。［方法］采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定利福平的溶出度，并检查不同比例栓剂的融变时限。［结果］利福平检测浓度在10.0～60.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100.33%（RSD=1.23%）。筛选出最佳基质为甘油明胶，与利福平的最佳配比为5∶1，其融变时限为（25.6±0.94）min，符合中国药典要求。［结论］该制剂制备方法简单，成本低，质量可控。

Abstract:

［Objective］To prepare different bases of rifampicin (RFP) suppositories and to check its quality. ［Methods］ The content of RFP was determined by UV assay and the melt time of different proportion suppositories was examined. ［Results］The line arrange for RFP concentration was 10.0～60.0 μg/mL, the average recovery was 100.33%(RSD=1.23 %). The best base was glycerin-glutin, its best proportion to RFP was 5∶1, and its melt time was (25.6±0.94)min, according to the request of Chinese pharmacopoea. ［Conclusion］The prepared method of RFP suppositories is simple, the cost is low, and its quality is controlled.
