摘要: |
[目的] 制备不同基质的利福平栓剂并进行质量考察。[方法]采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定利福平的溶出度,并检查不同比例栓剂的融变时限。[结果]利福平检测浓度在10.0~60.0 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.33%(RSD=1.23%)。筛选出最佳基质为甘油明胶,与利福平的最佳配比为5∶1,其融变时限为(25.6±0.94)min,符合中国药典要求。[结论]该制剂制备方法简单,成本低,质量可控。 |

[Objective]To prepare different bases of rifampicin (RFP) suppositories and to check its quality. [Methods] The content of RFP was determined by UV assay and the melt time of different proportion suppositories was examined. [Results]The line arrange for RFP concentration was 10.0~60.0 μg/mL, the average recovery was 100.33%(RSD=1.23 %). The best base was glycerin-glutin, its best proportion to RFP was 5∶1, and its melt time was (25.6±0.94)min, according to the request of Chinese pharmacopoea. [Conclusion]The prepared method of RFP suppositories is simple, the cost is low, and its quality is controlled. |
