粘固剂厚度和种类同时变化的桩核冠三维有限元模型的建立

摘要:
[目的]利用Ansys workbench与CAD软件的参数双向传递功能,建立连续粘固剂厚度变化和粘固剂种类变化的桩核冠三维有限元模型。[方法]在CAD(pro/E)软件建立包含桩核冠的颌骨骨块三维实体模型,将模型导入Ansys workbench环境中,设定粘固剂厚度T(变化范围为0.01~0.1 mm)和弹性模量E(分别为1200MPa、4000MPa、51100 MPa和13400 MPa)为变量,并进行有限元分析。[结果]建立了连续T变化和E种类变化的桩核冠三维有限元模型。[结论]应用Ansys workbench与CAD软件的参数双向传递功能,使得桩核冠修复中连续粘固剂厚度变化和粘固剂种类变化的桩核冠三维有限元模型得以实现,为后期复杂的桩核冠修复三维有限元分析提供了新的平台。

Abstract:
[Objective] To construct finite element models of post crown with continuous different cement thickness changing and different cement kinds by bidirectional parameter transmit of Ansys workbench software. [Methods] 3-D models of post crown and bone complexes were constructed by pro/e software. Set cement thickness changing from 0.01mm to 0.1mm and cement modulus of 1200MPa, 4000MPa, 51100MPa,and 13400MPa in Ansys workbench environment. [Result] Continuous different cement thickness changing and different cement kinds of post crown complexes models were rebuilt. [Conclusion] Continuous different cement thickness changing and different cement kinds can be rebuilt by bidirectional parameter transmit of Ansys workbench software, which provide us a quicker and more convenient method in post crown finite element analysis.
