[目的] 对复方尿素霜中尿素、维生素A的含量进行测定。[方法] 运用紫外分光光度法。[结果]尿素的测定波长为428 nm,在20~180 μg/mL浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.73%,含量为(10.05±0.22)%;维生素A的测定波长为328 nm,在4~20 u/mL浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.41%,含量为(2.03±0.06)%,二者无相互干扰。对自制的3个批号的尿素霜中的尿素、维生素A的含量分别测定,符合外用制剂的含量要求。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] This paper describes the determination of the contents of urea and VitA contained in the conpound urea cream with ultraviolet (UV) spectrometry. [Results] The determined wavelength of urea is 428 nm and the concentration range of 20~180 μg/mL of urea possesses the goodlinear relationship with the absorbance. The average recovery of urea is 99.73% and the content of it is (10.05±0.22)%. The VitA determination wavelength is 328 nm. VitA possesses the good linear relationship with the absorbance when within the range of 4~20 u/mL. The average recovery of VitA is 99.41% and the content o f it is (2.03±0.06)%. There is no any interference between the two determinations described above. [Conclusion] The contents of there batch of self-made compound creams are determined which are in accordance with the requirement of the exterior preparation. |
