消旋四氢巴马汀对家兔心脏传导功能的影响

摘要:
[目的]观察消旋四氢巴马汀静脉注射对在体家兔心电图和希氏束电图的影响,以探讨消旋四氢巴马汀对家兔心脏传导系统的作用。[方法]家兔30只,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组10只。A、B组分别为大、小剂量组,C组为对照组。各组静注消旋四氢巴马汀(对照组为生理盐水)前、后5、15、30、60、120、180、240、300 min同步记录家兔心电图、希氏束电图,最后对所得结果进行统计学分析。[结果] 实验组用药后心率减慢、P-R间期和A-H间期延长以5 min为著。A、B、C组,5 min心率分别为(220±19)、(245±17)和(270±16) bpm;P-R间期分别为(70.75±3.88)、(65.22±3.87)和(60.45±4.00) ms;A-H间期分别为(49.25±3.73)、(44.44±4.80)(39.80±4.50) ms,A、B两组分别与C组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);A、B组间比较,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。但A、B、C 3组P-A间期、H-V间期均无变化。[结论]消旋四氢巴马汀对心脏窦房结及房室传导均有抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性。

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the in vivo effects of dl-tetrahydropalmatinegiven by intravenous injection on electrocardiogram and His electrograph in rabbits, further to explore its action on cardiac conduction system. [Methods] Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into group A, B and C (with 10 in each). Group A and B were treated intravenously by dl-tetrahydropalmatine in high and low dose respectively; group C by normal saline. Conventional surface ECG and His electrograph were recorded at before and at 5,15, 30, 60, 120, 180 min after dl-tetrahydropalmatine injection. All data were processed statistically. [Results] Decrease of heart rate, prolongation of P-R and A-H interval appeared predominately in 5min after dl-tetrahydropalmatine injection. At 5 minute, the absolute heart ratein group A, B and C were (220±19), (245±17) and (270±16) bpm ; P-R interval (70.75±3.88), (245.00±17.00) and (60.45±4.00) ms; A-H interval (49.25±3.73), (44.44±4.80) and (39.80±4.50) ms, respectively. Comparison of above parameters in group A and B with those of group C showed significantly difference (P< 0.05), respectively; while the changes of above parameters between group A and B were imperatively different (P<0.05) as well. On the contrary, difference of P-A and H-V interval between group A and B were not significant. [Conclusion] The data indicated that dl-tetrapalmatine was of inhibitive action on the sinus node and the cardiac conduction system in dose-dependant pattern.
