| 摘要: |
| ［目的］探讨急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的治疗。［方法］对2004～2005年收治的急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者5例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。［结果］5例患者均行坏死肠管切除端端吻合术，同时术中进行肠系膜上动脉溶栓，1例死亡，4例痊愈，死亡率20%。［结论］早期手术加术中溶栓有利于提高患者的治愈率。 |

| ［Objective］ To summarize the experience in the treatment of acute superior mesenteric arterial embolism(SAME).［Methods］ Clinical data of 5 patients with SAME from 2004 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.［Results］ All cases were subjected to resection of partial small intestine and intra superior mesenteric arterial thrombolysis.In the 5 cases of SAME,4 were cured and 1 case died.The motality was 20%.［Conclutions］ Early operation and intra-arterial thrombolysis during operation are benefit to improve the therapeutic effects of SAME. |
