Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a molecular cytogenetics technique combined fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with subtractive hybridization. It is capable of detecting and mapping relative DNA sequence copy number between genomes throughout entire genome. This article reviews the advances of CGH in the tumor research. |
