13例重度疤痕增生手术后核素32磷治疗的体会

摘要:

［目的］ 总结重度疤痕增生手术切除后再进行核素³²磷（32P）治疗的体会。［方法］ 2004年4月～2005年10月治疗的13例重度疤痕增生患者，经手术切除后，随即进行1、2个疗程核素³²Ｐ局部敷贴治疗。［结果］ 10例患者1次治愈，3例患者2次采用单纯核素³²Ｐ敷贴治疗后痊愈，全部患者随访观察1年，未见复发。［结论］ 重度疤痕增生采用手术后核素³²Ｐ治疗的疗效显著，且治疗方便，是一种值得采用的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To summarize the experience of radionuclide³²P therapy in trenting post-surgical serious hypertrophic scar. ［Methods］ Thirteen patients with serious hypertrophic scar received surgical resection followed by 1 to 2 courses topical contiguous radionuclide³²P therapy.［Result］ Ten patients were cured in first course, 3 patients were treated by radionuclide³²P therapy again, all patients had not recurred in 1 year. ［Conclusion］ To treat the serious hypertrophic scar, the post-surgery adjuvant radionuclide³²P therapy is effective and convenience,it is the method of treatment that is worth using.
