鼻中隔偏曲病人肥大下鼻甲的临床治疗

摘要:

［目的］观察鼻中隔偏曲病人手术后肥大下鼻甲的变化，探讨鼻中隔偏曲病人肥大下鼻甲的临床治疗原则。［方法］统计254例合并下鼻甲肥大的鼻中隔偏曲病人作为研究对象。其中44例施行鼻中隔矫正术和下鼻甲部分切除术， 210例单纯施行鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术，术后6个月观察全部患者的下鼻甲大小和鼻腔通气情况，将两种手术方法之间比较、每种方法手术前后进行比较。［结果］两组病人鼻腔通气改善率无差异（P>0.05）。单纯行鼻中隔矫正术后半年，87.6％肥大下鼻甲与对侧下鼻甲对称。仅有26例，12.4％单纯行鼻中隔矫正术后的病人再次做了下鼻甲部分切除术或等离子射频术。［结论］单纯做鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后肥大下鼻甲可以自行变小。下鼻甲有很强的自身调节机制。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the treatment and the modulation of hypertrophy inferior-turbine companying with deviation of nasal septum. ［Methods］Collecting 254 patients with deviation of nasal septum and hypertrophy inferior-turbine without other diseases. They were performed sub-mucous correction of nasal septum, besides 44 patients among them received partial inferior turbinectomy at the same time. After half year, examine their nasal cavity and inferior-turbine and compare the size of the inferior-turbine between the two groups and with the former of operation. ［Result］There was no difference in effect between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no difference between the inferior-turbines in any one patient after half year of operation. There were only 26 patients without resection of inferior-turbine, 12.4% need to deal with inferior-turbine after the correction of nasal septum. ［Conclusion］ Needn't performoperation on inferior-turbine at the same time with the operation of sub-mucouscorrection of nasal septum. Inferior-turbine can modulate itself with the changing of the nasal cavity perfectly.
