摘要:

［目的］探讨老年原发性高血压病（PH）24 h平均脉压(MPP)与血尿酸（UA）的关系。［方法］对85例老年PH患者，74例正常人进行MPP及UA值检测，对比研究。［结果］（1）PH组MPP及UA值均显著增高，与对照组差异显著（P<0.05）。（2）尿酸增高与高血压病脉压增高的严重程度呈正相关（r=0.46，P<0.05）［结论］UA水平增高与MPP增高都是老年PH发病的独立预测因子，并且在老年PH的发生发展中有相当作用。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the relationship between mean pulse pressure and uric acid in aged primary hypertension patients.［Method］ To compare the changes and the relationship of uric acid and mean pulse pressure in 85 patients with primary hypertension and 74 cases of normal healthy person. ［Result］(1)Uric acid and mean pulse pressure in primary hypertension group were all significant high, there were remarkable different with normal healthy group （P<0.05）. (2)There was a positive relation between the level of uric acid and the degree of mean pulse pressure （r=0.46，P<0.05）.［Conclusion］High uric acid as well as mean pulse pressure is an independent risk factor of hypertension, and play a rather role in the occurring and development of hypertension.
