| 转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)是表皮生长因子（EGF）家族的重要成员。哺乳动物的胚胎 、输卵管和子宫均分泌该细胞因子。它对胚胎的生长、发育和子宫内膜“着床窗口期”的构建有一定影响。本文仅就着床期间TGF-α对胚胎及子宫的作用加以综述。 |

| Transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α)is an essential member of EGF family. It is secreted by mammal embryos, fallopian tube and uterus. TGF- α takes certain effects on embryo development and construction of the implantation windows in uterus. This articles sums up the impression and probable mechanis ms of TGF-α to embryoand uterus at implantation. |
