摘要:

［目的］ 探讨反复流产(RSA)与自身抗体，包括抗心磷脂抗体（aCL）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EmAb）和抗精子抗体（AsAb）的关系。［方法］ 对116例原因不明RSA患者（研究组）和40例正常非孕妇女（对照组），采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清aCL和EmAb；采用凝集试验法检测AsAb。其中，研究组又按不同人流次数分为4组。［结果］ 整个研究组中aCL、EmAb和AsAb的阳性百分比均高于对照组，差异均有显著性（P<0.05），且人工流产次数与血清EmAb阳性率呈正直线关系（r=0.996）。［结论］ 体内aCL、EmAb和AsAb的存在可能是原因不明RSA的病因之一，且EmAb可能与人工流产导致后来反复自然流产有关。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To investigare the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and autoantibodies,including anticardiolipid antibody(aCL)、antiendometrial antibody (EmAb)and antisperm antibody (AsAb).［Methods］ Levels of serum aCL 、EmAb were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and serum AsAb were performed by agglutination in 116 patients with RSA(study group)and 40 normal non pregnant women (control group).The study group was further divided into 4 subgroup by different times of induced abortion.［Results］ The positive rates of aCL, EmAb, AsAb in the study group were significantly higher than those in controls（p<0.05）,moreover,the times of induced abortion and the positive rates of EmAb is positive linear correlation（r=0.996）.［conclusions］ This findings suggested that most patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion of unknown etiology have a higher level of autoreactivity,which may affect the course of pregnancy. Furthermore,serum EmAb may be correlate with recurrent spontaneous abortion followed induced abortion.
