Abstract: |
Substance P(SP) as neuromodulator or neurotransmitter played an important physiological and pathological role in central nervous system. The metabolic level of SP changed in Parkinson's disease(PD), and correlated with the occurrence and development of the disease. The article summarized the progress of researches about correlationship between SP and pathogenesis of PD. |
