摘要:

［目的］ 对面部外伤采用整形美容外科的方法进行清创缝合，减少伤口瘢痕。［方法］ 本组712例患者均采用整形美容外科的方法进行Ⅰ期清创缝合。［结果］ 面部伤口均I期愈合，伤口瘢痕较小。［结论］ 面部外伤后采用整形美容外科的方法进行清创缝合是一种理想的方法，能够取得良好的临床效果。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To manage facial trauma with plastic and aesthetic surgical techniques. ［Methods］ 712 cases of facial trauma were managed with plastic and aesthetic surgical techniques. ［Result］ The wounds healed stage I in all. There was no scarring. ［Conclusion］ The result suggest that the method of suture facial trauma with plastic and aesthetic surgical techniques can be used in facial trauma.
