两种髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效比较

摘要:

［目的］ 比较两种髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。 ［方法］ 分析交锁髓内钉与扩张自锁髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折病人54例，对手术方法、适应证，固定特点及愈合时间做比较。［结果］ 平均随访13个月，交锁髓内钉组（LIN）：平均手术时间85 min，平均愈合时间6.5个月。扩张自锁髓内钉组（IESN）：平均手术时间55 min，平均愈合时间5个月。肢体功能均达到优良。［结论］ 交锁髓内钉应用广泛，且疗效良好；扩张自锁髓内钉应用选择好适应证，治疗更简捷，恢复更快。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To compare the clinical cure effects of two kinds of intramedullary nails in femoral shaft ractures. ［Methods］Of 54 cases femoral shaft fractures who had been treated by interlocking intramedullary nail and expanded self-locking intramedullary nail, were compared respectively. ［Result］ Averaged follow-up period were 13 months. Interlocked intramedullary nail group:Average operation time were 85 mins. Average union time were 6.5 months. Expanded self-locking interamedullary group:Average operation time were 55 mins. Average union time were 5 months. The limb functions of all the patients were achieved excellent-outcome. ［Conclusion］ The application of interlocked intramedullary nail fixation were applied to be more popularly and excellent cure effects. Based on the proper selection of operative indications, the expended self-locking intramedullary nail fixation were used more simply and recovered more rapidly.
