摘要:

［目的］ 探讨经肱动脉主干对复发乳腺癌区域动脉灌注化疗方法。［方法］ 经肱动脉主干放置静脉穿刺用硅胶管约26～28 cm，压迫患侧颈总动脉 肱动脉，而后采用5氟尿嘧啶(5-FU) 0.5 g、MMC10 mg、美蓝 1 mL用生理盐水稀释至20 mL，注入导管内。每次用药间隔三四天，4～6次为1个疗程。定期检查血象，密切注意白细胞下降。［结果］ 20例病人局部症状及体征明显缓解，生活质量及生存率提高，为进一步行二次根治术创造了条件。［结论］ 本方法化疗优于一般化疗方案，其明显优点在于毒副小,疗效佳。

Abstract:

［Objective］The chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment for the breast cancer but suffering from severe side effect. The intra-artery local chemotherapy is one of the holo-chemotherapy and holds many advantadges such as higher local drug concentration of blood, longer contact period between the drug and tumor, less side effect. ［Methods］ A tube about 26～28 cm was set into the brachial artery and tchemotherapy drug (20 mL) was injected into the tube every 3～4 days. Four to six injections of the drug were performed in a total therapy period. Checking blood was necessary in case of the reduction of WBC. ［Result］In 20 patients, local symptoms was relieved obviously and the rate of survive was raised and their qualities of live were improved. This maked the second radical excision possible. ［Conclusion］ The chemotherapy through the brachial artery shows a more benefit than the common one.
