| 引导组织再生技术 (GTR)是目前解决种植体周围骨缺损的有效方法 ,其原理是用GTR膜来隔离不同组织 ,使骨组织再生功能达到最大程度发挥 ,可有效阻止纤维结缔组织长入。GTR膜种类繁多 ,各有特点 ,与不同的移植材料联合应用效果不同。 |

| Abstract: |
| Guided tissue regeneration is an effective method to treat bone defects around implants. The principium is that the regeneration of bone segregated with fibre tissue by GTR obtains the most degree. GTR has various kinds, characteristics and effects applying with different graft material. The article sums up researchful progress of GTR in implant. |
