中枢ANGⅡ和儿茶酚胺能神经通路在水钠代谢调节中的相互作用

摘要:
脑中枢的血管紧张素Ⅱ在水钠代谢的调节中具有重要作用。儿茶酚胺能神经通路参与中枢血管紧张素Ⅱ对水钠代谢的调节。阻断儿茶酚胺能神经通路可以抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ的中枢效应。中枢血管紧张素Ⅱ对水钠代谢调节的机制包括其对脑内儿茶酚胺类神经递质代谢的调节。在细胞水平这意味着脑内的血管紧张素Ⅱ可以与儿茶酚胺能神经元相互作用 ,调节与水钠代谢有关的脑神经核团的儿茶酚胺的合成、摄取和释放。对中枢血管紧张素Ⅱ和儿茶酚胺能神经通路相互作用机制的探讨 ,将有助于研究血管紧张素Ⅱ参与水钠代谢调节的中枢机制。

Abstract:
Brain angiotensinⅡ play an important role in the regulation of salt and water metabolism. Adrenergic pathway was involved in the above effect of brain angiotensinⅡ. The central effect of angiotensinⅡ was inhibited after adrenergic pathway was blocked. Brain angiotensinⅡ regulated the salt and water metabolism through it’s modulation on catecholamine, which meant that brain angiotensinⅡ could regulate the synthesis, intake and release of catecholamine in the neurons that involved in the regulation of salt and water metabolism. The discussion on interaction between brain angiotensinⅡand adrenergic pathway would be helpful in investigating the role of brain angiotensinⅡ in the regulation of salt and water metabolism.
