[目的 ]研究不同动物肝脏组织磷脂和脂肪酸的组成以充分有效地开发利用动物来源的磷脂和脂肪酸资源。 [方法 ]采用有机溶剂萃取、高效薄板层析和高压气相色谱技术对 4种动物肝脏磷脂及脂肪酸组成进行比较分析。 [结果 ]4种动物肝脏均含有丰富的卵磷脂、脑磷脂及各种营养必需脂肪酸。尤其是兔肝中营养必需脂肪酸亚油酸和花生四烯酸分别占 2 4 .0 8%和 2 .34% ,含量很高。 [结论 ]动物肝脏可作为商品磷脂及营养必需脂肪酸的重要来源 ,具有潜在的开发价值。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the composition of phospholipids and fatty acids in different animals to exploit and utilize efficiently the resource of phospholipids and fatty acids from animals. [Methods] The composition of phospholipids and fatty acids in livers from four different animals was compared by the methods of organic solvents extracting, high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) and high performance gas chromatography (HPGC). [Result] The livers from four different animals are rich in phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethnolamine (PE) and unsaturated fatty acid. The percentages of C18∶2 and C20∶4, which are the important nutritional essential fatty acids, and 24.08% and 2.34% in rabbit liver. The percentage is the highest in the 4 animal livers. [Conclusion] The livers from different animals can be good resources for lipids and unsaturated fatty acids. |
