导纳双侧脑血流自动检测仪的程序设计

摘要:
[目的]为实现用导纳法对脑血流动力学变化进行自动检测和结果分析.[方法]利用计算机技术和生物电子工程技术,采集左脑导纳、右脑导纳、心电等生物信号,通过计算机实时处理,达到上述目的.[结果]该系统具有去除噪声信号、自动提取特征点并可对脑导纳图、脑导纳微分环及频谱进行分析,计算27项反映脑血流改变的参数.[结论]该系统的设计为基础医学研究和临床诊断设备的开发提供了又一种实现方法.

Abstract:
This paper introduced a development of softw are used for auto-checking and analyzing a change of the cerebral blood flow dynamics by the way of admittance. [Method]In order to attain above the purpose, the authors combined computer technique and bioelectric technique, and then rea -process biologic signal collected ΔYL,ΔYR,ECG,etc.by computer. [Results] The removing noise, autom atically picking up characteristic point, cerebral admittance plethysmogram,cerebral admittance differential loop, admittance spectral analysis and computing twenty-seven parameters of cerebral blood variety were provided with this program . [Conclusion] This kind of program design may be provided with developing medical academic study and clinical detecting instruments
