α-L-岩藻糖苷酶对原发性肝癌的早期诊断价值及疗效观察

摘要:
探讨血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)在原发性肝癌早期诊断及疗效监测中的应用价值。[方法] 在日立7170S型生化分析仪上, 采用连续监测法对120例健康体检者和187例已确诊的早期原发性肝癌、继发性肝癌、肝硬化、肝脏良性病变及肝外良性肿瘤患者血清中的α-L-岩藻糖苷酶进行检测,同时监测AFP、CEA、CA199、Ferr、γ-GT、TBA等常规项 目,作相关性分析,统计有关指标。[结果] 早期原发性肝癌患者血清中的AFU、AFP活性水平与其他各组比较,具有显著差异性,P<0.05。AFP和AFU联合检测对PHC的诊断阳性率为92.9%,与其他指标联合检测阳性率为98.8%,联合诊断阳性率与AFU和AFP单项检测阳性率比较都有显著性差异。在10例肝癌患者经有效治疗后,AFU水平显著下降,P<0.05。[结 论] 在原发性肝癌的早期诊断中,AFU具有较高的敏感性,若与其他指标联和应用,将增加原发性肝癌的早期检出率,并对患者的疗效观察及预后判断都有重要意义.

Abstract:
To evaluate the early diagnostic value of serum AFU in hepatocellular carcinoma, and observate the curative effection.[Methods] The authors detected serum-AFU in 187 cases of liver malignancies, and compared with of the results 120 normal control individuals. AFP, CEA, CA199, Ferr,γ-GT, TBA were detected at the same time.[Results] The serum level of AFU in the hepatocellular carcinoma group were significantly higher than that in other groups,P<0.05.In combination with AFP and AFU the positive coincidence that was 92.9%,with all markers the positive coincidence was 98.8%. All was higher than that of AFU or AFP res pectively. After the operation, that level decreased greatly,P<0.05. [Conclusions] It's to elevate the early positive coincidence in combination with AFU and other diagnostic marker of liver malignancies. Its expression what important function as an act of diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma has much more sensitivity
