利用ECToolbox软件,比较99 Tc m-MIBI门控心肌断层显像测定左室射血分数(LVEF)与门控心血池显像测定结果的相关性,并探讨其影响因素。[方法]42例受检者,两周内行门控心肌断层显像和门控心血池显像。受检者分两组,A组:心尖或前壁基底部严重缺 血组,共7例;B组:包括其余所有受检者,共35例。[结果]42例门控心肌断层显像测定LV EF值(61.95±15.13)%,略高于门控心血池显像的测定结果(58.83±12.79)%,t值2.2 6,P<0.05;两者相关系数r=0.81。A组病例门控心肌断层显像测定LVEF(57.29± 17.16)%,明显高于门控心血池显像(49.00±16.85)%,t值4.61,P<0.01;B 组病例门控心肌断层显像测定LVEF(62.48±14.18)%,与门控心血池显像(60.80±11.10)%无明显差异, t值1.13,P>0.05。[结论]利用ECToolbox软件测定门控心 肌断层显像的LVEF与门控心血池显像的测定结果有较好的相关性;对于心尖或前壁基底部 严重缺血的病人,结果误差较大。 |

To explore the relationship between the left v entricular ejection fraction(LVEF)measured by 99 Tc m-MIBI gated my ocardial tomography imaging(used ECToolbox software)and gated blood-pool imaging. [Methods] Forty-two cases,7 cases with apex and the base of anteral wall severe myocardial ischemia was named group A,the rest was named group B,underw ent 99 Tc m-MIBI gated myocardial tomography imaging and gated blood-pool imaging within two weeks.[Results] Two imagings had better correlation(r=0.81),but gated myocardial tomography imaging had high LVEF(61.95±15. 13) % versus (58.83±12.79)%, P <0.05.In group A,LVEF measured by gated myocardial tomography was obviously higher than that by gated blood-pool imaging(57.29 ±17.16)% versus (49.00±16.85)%,P<0.01.But in group B,LVEF by two ways had no difference(62.48±14.18)% versus (60.80±11.10)%,P>0.05. [Concl usions] There is better correlation between gated myocardial tomography imaging (used ECToolbox software)and gated blood-pool imaging in determining LVEF.But for patients with apex and the base of anteral wall severe myocardial ischemia ,the result is unreliable. |
