摘要:

比较分析不同部位的冠脉狭窄对单支病 变冠心病患者心率变异性的影响。［方法］观察经冠脉造影证实的124例冠脉直径狭窄≥75% 的单支病变冠心病患者24 h心率变异指标,并取30例健康人为对照组。［结果］冠心病患者 中的心率变异性指标SDNN、SDANN、SDNN5均 低于健康对照组(P<0.05), 而前降支病变组SDNN、SDANN较回旋支病变组及右冠病 变组降低 。冠心病前降支病变组中HRV显著下降率高于其余两组。［结论］冠心病患者的心率变异性 降低；心率变异性的降低与冠脉的狭窄部位有关，前降支病变患者心率变异性下降最显著。

Abstract:

To study the alteration of heart rate variability （HRV） in patients with coronary heart disease with one-vessel stenosis in different criminal vessel.［Methods］ Time domain parameters of HRV were obtained from Holter in 124 patients of one-vessel stenosis who had been confirmed by coronary artery angiography，and 30 healthy persons used as control. ［Results］ There was an obvious HRV decrease in patients with coronary heart disease as compared with normal subjects，HRV of patients with left anterior descending artery lesion decreased more than those of left circumflex coronary artery and right coronary artery. The percentage of patients with decreased HRV obviously was more in patients with left anterior descending artery lesion than those with left circumflex coronary artery and right coronary artery. ［Conclusions］ The HRV in patients with coronary heart disease has decreased. Patients with different criminal vessel have different degree of HRV decrease. The patients with left anterior descending artery lesion have more HRV decrease than others.
