| 摘要: |
| [目的] 调查辽宁地区人群人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)DRB1位点等位基因多态性,获得完整准确的遗传学数据.[方法] 应用聚合酶链反应-直接测序方法(PCR-SBT)对108名健康个体进行HLA-DRB1基因型检测.[结果] 检出DRB1等位基因亚型33个,其中等位基因DRB1*07011,*15011,*09012,*11011,*12021的频率较高.[结论] 提供了辽宁汉族人群HLA-DRB1位点等位基因频率,证实了PCR-SBT分型方法快速准确的优点. |

| Abstract: |
| To investigate the polymorphism of HL A- DRB1 gene of Han nationality in Liaoning of China. ［Methods］ Polymerase chain reaction-sequence based typing( PCR-SBT) method was used to determine HLA- DRB1 genotypes of 108 heathy Han nationality individuals in Liaoning. ［Results］ Thirty three alleles of HLA- DRB1 were detected with DRB1*07011,*15011,*09012,*1 1011,*12021 as the most common genes. ［Conclusion］ The results show the characteristic of HLA-DRB1 distribution and provide more comprehensive and a ccurate gene data that may serve as normal reference values for the population i n Liaoning, China. |
