线刺法蛛网膜下腔出血动物模型制备 |

摘要: |
线刺法建立可真实模拟蛛网膜下腔出 血(SAH)的动物模型。[方法] 大鼠经右侧 翼腭动脉线刺法刺破Willis环的血管分叉处,造成Willis环血管破裂出血后动态观测局部脑 血流(rCBF)及脑电图(EEG)的变化。[结果] 蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后rCBF及EEG幅度急 剧下降,分别下降为40.5 % 和68.6 %,30 min SAH组rCBF下降幅度最大(62.3 %), EEG 15 min下降幅度最大(89.5 %)。rCBF下降持续48 h,颅底解剖学检查发现Willis环的血 管分叉处有陈旧性出血。[结论] 该动物模型模拟SAH真实可靠。 |

Abstract: |
To prepare the animal model of subarachnoid he morrhage(SAH). [Methods] The fork of Willis ring was pierce with a line throug h right pterygop alatine artery to dynamically record the change in regional cerebral blood flow( rCBF) and electroencephalograph(EEG). [Results] At piercing the rCBF and EFG d ropped rapidly by 40.5% and 68.6% respectively . At 30 min rCBF dropped to bott om by 62.3% and at 15 min EFG by 89.5%.the drop of rCBF lasted 48 hours. Basic rania l anatomy showed remote hemorrhage at the fork of Willis ring. [Conclusion] Th e model is reliable in simulating SAH. |
