摘要:

减少隆乳术并发症的发生，提高隆乳 术的远期效果。［方法］ 对8例乳房假体隆乳术后1～9 a出现并发症患者的临床表现进 行分析讨论。［结果］ 8例10侧乳房中，单例6侧并发1种并发症者2例，并发2种者4例， 并发3种者1例，双侧2例，并发同一种并发症2例，并发3种1例。各种并发症有其特有的临床 特点。［结论］ 严格执行无菌操作，熟练掌握 该术技能，选择优质假体，首选胸大肌下置入，对假体破裂或渗漏而再次手术者须尽量完全 根除包膜并彻底止血，术后正确包扎按摩以及术后重视随访监测等综合措施，是避免和减少隆乳术后并发症的关键。

Abstract:

To reduce the occurrence of the breas t - humped operation complication and heighten its long-term result. ［Metho ds］ The clinical manifestations of 8 patients with the complications within 1～ 9 years after the breast-humped operation with the breast prosthesis were analyz ed and discussed. ［Results］ Of 8 cases with 10 breasts, there were 2 cases wi th one kind of the compl ications , 4 cases with two ones and 1 casa with 3 ones among 6 cases with one s ide . There are 2 cases with one kind of the complications among 2 cases with bo th sides . Each kind of the complications had its own peculiar clinical feature . ［Conclusion］ The synthetical measure are the keys to avoid and reduce the co mpl ications after the breast- hunoed operation . They are to carry out the sterile manipulation strictly , master the operational skills proficiently , choose the high - qualily prosthesis , place it under the greater pectoral musce at first , eradicate the capsule and hemostate utterly to the patients who should be had a nother operations because of the cracked prosthesis , bandaqe and massaqe correc tly , attaché importance to the follow-up and surveillance after the operations etc.
