RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是与靶基因序列同源的双链RNA诱导的一种特异性的转录后基因沉默现象.目前,RNAi的作用机制已经基本明确,并显示了广阔的应用前景.RNAi技术作为新的基因阻断技术已经成功地应用于人类基因组功能的研究,同时提供了一条人类抗病毒治疗的新技术.另外,借助RNAi技术还有望在将来于基因水平对肿瘤进行治疗. |

Abstract: |
In 1998, Fire and Mello described a new technology they called RNA interference(RNAi). RNAi is a new technology that is based on the silencing of specific genes by double-stranded RNA(dsRNA).Now investigaters are not only using RNAi to elucidate gene function in mammalian systems,but also develop antiviral therapeutics ,this review provides a general outlook on the application of RNAi. |
