| 干细胞培养物对重度豚鼠皮肤缺损疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 探讨采用培养干细胞移植治疗重度皮肤缺损。［方法］将豚鼠随机分为干细胞治疗组，培养液对照组和空白对照组。取骨髓组织干细胞，经特殊培养方法培养后，用于重度缺损的异体豚鼠皮肤创面上，以平均愈合时间和平均愈合速度为指标，观察各组动物损伤皮肤的修复情况。［结果］干细胞培养物组皮肤修复速度为(40.42±2.14)mm2／d,平均愈合时间为(12.45±2.18)d，明显高于对照组，且组织结构完整、瘢痕小。经统计学处理干细胞组与对照组相比差异显著(Ｐ＜0.05)。［结论］利用同种异体动物干细胞培养物进行皮肤损伤的治疗有明显的效果，为创伤修复、治疗开辟了一条新途径 |

| To investigate the stem cell therapy of far advanded skin trauma. ［Methods］The animal were radomly divided into three groups: stem cell group; back ground group; control group. Bone marrow stromal stem cells were cultured in vitro and then transplanted on the surface of far advanced skin trauma of guinea pig.［Results］ The recovery rate of trauma of experimental group was (40.42±2.14)mm2／d，and the average day of healing up was(12.45±2.18)d. All of these were faster than that of control group ,and the scar of experimental group was smaller than that of control group.
