摘要:

探讨促性腺激素释放素激动剂(GnRH-a)降调节后月经第二天血FSH值作为预测卵巢反应性指标的可靠性。［方法］用光化学方法检测88例病人月经自然周期与GnRH-a降调节后治疗周期的月经周期第二天血FSH值；比较自然周期与治疗周期血FSH值与成熟卵泡、成熟卵子数的关系，同时分析治疗周期中血FSH值与E2水平的关系。［结果］自然周期与治疗周期血FSH值分别为8.81，4.11 mIU/mL;自然周期病人血FSH值与成熟卵泡、成熟卵子数呈不显著性负相关(P>0.05)，治疗周期病人血FSH值则二者显著相关（P0.05），治疗周期病人血FSH值则与二者显著相关（P<0.05），治疗周期病人血FSH值与E2产生呈负相关（P<0.05）。［结论］检测GnRH-a降调节后的FSH水平对于预测卵巢反应性比检测基础FSH水平更敏感。

Abstract:

To study possibility to predict ovarian reactions with serum FSH of women effected with GnRH-a.［Methods］The light-chemistry method was used of to detect serum FSH of women by GnRH-a on second day of natural and treated ; to analyze the relationship of the FSH level to the numbers of mature follicles，mature oocytes and the relationship to E2 level. ［Results］FSH level of the women in natural and treated were 8.81mIU/mL and 4.11 IU/mL respectively;the FSH level was negative related to numbers mature follicles and oocytes,and producting level of E2 in the treated women.［Conclusion］The serum FSH level of women
