| 摘要: |
| [目的] 探讨乳腺癌患者外周血T细胞水平的变化.[方法] 用WuT系列单克隆抗体检测健康女性及乳腺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群(T3、T4、T8),并对乳腺癌患者术前术后T细胞亚群作一比较.[结果] 患者术前与正常人相比T3、T4、T8以及T4/T8均有显著差别(P＜0.001);患者术前术后各T细胞亚群也有显著差别.[结论] T细胞亚群的测定对乳腺癌患者疗效观察及预后判断有一定的临床意义. |

| To study the alteration of T cell subsets in patients with breast cancer.［Methods］T3、T4 and T8 cell subsets were determined from peripheral blood of 20 normal women and 15 female patients with breast cancer by WuT McAb.T cell in patients before operation were compared with that after operation too. ［Results］There are obvious distinction between normal women and patients with breast cancer in T cell levels. ［Conclusion］ Determining of T cell subsets may be significant for patients with breast cancer. |
