| 注射疗法治疗下唇黏液囊肿的体会 |

| 摘要: |
| 了解高渗盐水注射疗法治疗下唇黏液囊肿的疗效。［方法］临床随机选择下唇黏液囊肿58例，抽尽囊液后，向囊腔内注入30%氯化钠溶液0.2～0.5 mL。注射1～2次囊肿消失，随诊观察1个月无复发者视为成功，否则视为失败。［结果］成功47例(81.03%)，失败11例(18.97%)。直径3～10 mm囊肿因观察清楚、操作准确而易一次成功，位置表浅者更易。直径5～10 mm囊肿的治疗效果最佳。囊肿过大或过小常需2次治疗。失败病例均经手术切除作病理切片诊断，结合临床最后诊断为：4例(6.90%)是原囊肿复发，7例(12.07%) 是多发囊肿，属新囊肿再发。体积小(直径<3 mm)或伴炎症的囊肿，囊液不易抽尽，腺泡未受到完全破坏而易复发。多发囊肿常较小，因临床不易诊断而遗漏治疗，长大致复发。本组病例统计发现，多发囊肿至少占下唇黏液囊肿的12.07%。［结论］对单发、位置表浅、直径3～10 mm的下唇黏液囊肿，采用30%氯化钠溶液注射疗法会取得较好的疗效。 |

| To investigate the function of saline whose consistency was 30% on mucous cysts of lower lipps. ［Methods］ Fifty-eight cases were treated with 30% saline which was injected into the cavities of these cysts. ［Results］ Fourty-seven cases (81.03%) got the successful results. Eleven cases (18.9%) were failed. ［Conclusion］ 30% saline can injure the epithelia of cysts so that it can cure the mucous cysts of lipps |
