MK-801和硫酸镁对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病的保护作用

摘要:
研究在缺氧缺血性脑病时MK-801和硫酸镁对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的影响。[方法]选用新生7日大鼠制成新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病动物模型,共分为4组。(1)正常组:分离左侧颈总动脉后在动脉下置线,不结扎亦不低氧。(2)缺氧缺血处理组:模型后立即腹腔注射生理盐水0.1 mL/只。(3) MK-801处理组:模型后立即腹腔注射 MK-801 1 mg·kg-1。(4)硫酸镁处理组:模型后立即腹腔注射硫酸镁 300 mg·kg-1。上述各组每组5只。均在模型后24 h断头处死,采用免疫组化方法检测bFGF。[结果]缺氧缺血侧(左侧)大脑皮层bFGF阳性神经细胞数显著多于(P<0.01)正常组; MK-801 组及硫酸镁组。[结论] 大脑缺氧缺血后MK-801及硫酸镁可上调bFGF,具有保护脑组织作用。

Abstract:
To study the effect of MK-801 and magnesium sulfate on bFGF treating 7-old-day rats with HIE. [Methods] The model of 7-old-day rats with HIE was established.This study included four groups: normal group (no hypoxia and ischemia ); HIE group(normal saline 0.1 mL/kg); MK-801 treatment group(1 mg/kg after HIE);sulfate magnate treatment group (300mg·kg-1 after HIE) . Every group had 5 rats,all rats were killed 24 h after HIE. [Results]The 6FGF positive neural cells of HIE group were more than those of the normal group (P<0.01), and those of MK-801 and magnesium sulfate groups were more then that of HIE group. [Conclusion] MK-801 and magnesium sulfate may behave protective effect on 7-old-day rat with HIE by improving bFGF
