抑肽酶对大鼠急性胰腺炎的保护作用 |

摘要: |
[目的]观察国产抑肽酶对实验性大鼠急性胰腺炎的治疗效应.[方法]用去氧胆酸钠溶液注入大鼠主胰管制成急性胰腺炎模型, 观察抑肽酶的治疗效果.[结果]大鼠急性胰腺炎模型血浆及胰组织淀粉酶、脂肪酶均明显升高,抑肽酶治疗组可明显降低淀粉酶、脂肪酶的浓度(P<0.01),且使胰腺的病理变化减轻(P<0.05 ).[结论]抑肽酶早期给药可显著减轻胰腺高分泌状态,对大鼠急性胰腺炎具有保护作用. |

Abstract: |
To observe the therapeutic effect of a protinin on acute experimental pancreatitis in rats.[Methods]Acute pancreatitis was induced by injections of sodium deoxycholeate solution into the main pancreatic duct of rats. Amylase and lipase activity were assayed and histopathological changes were observed after treatment with aprotinin. [Results]Aprotinin markedly inhibited amylase and lipase activity and ameliorated histopathological changes of experimental acute pancreatitis . [Conclusion]Aprotinin can suppress pathogenesis and development of acute pancreatitis in rats |
