| [目的] 评价Vitapex糊剂在根管治疗中的临床效果.[方法] 将需要进行根管治疗的270个患者的280颗患牙随机分为两组,每组140颗牙.实验组用Vitapex 糊剂充填根管,对照组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管.追踪随访2年观察疗效.[结果] 实验组追踪到135颗牙,治愈132颗(97.78%),对照组观察到130颗牙,治愈115颗(88.46%).[结论] Vitapex 糊剂较传统的根管充填材料具有更好的临床疗效. |

| To evaluate the effects of Vitapex paste as filling material in root canal therapy. ［Methods］ 270 patients, 280 teeth which were to be treated with root canal therapy were equally divided into two groups at random. The teeth in experimental group were filled with Vitapex paste and those of the control group were filled with zine oxide eugenol oil paste and gutta percha points. The follow up period lasted for two years. ［Results］ The success rates of the experimental and control groups were 97.78% and 88.46% respectively.［Conclusions］ Vitapex paste is better than traditional material used in root canal filling therapy. |
