| 目的:检测转化生长因子β(TGF-β)在类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中的水平,探讨TGF-β在类风温关节炎中是致病作用为主还是保护作用为主.方法:采用ABC-ELISA法,对2001年2月-6月在我院风湿内科住院的80例类风湿关节患者及20例正常健康者血中TGF-β进行检测.结果:类风湿关节炎患者血中TGF-β含量较正常对照组的低,二者存在显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:TGF-β在RA中是以保护作用为主. |

| To analysis the main effect of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: To detect serum concentrations of TGF-β of 80 patients with RA hospitalizing from Feb. to Jun. 2001 and 20 normal persons using ABC-ELISA. Results : The blood levels of TGF-β of the patients were lower than those of normal persons significantly (P<0.01). Conclusions: TGF-β may be a protective factor in the pathogenesis of RA. |
