摘要:

目的:探讨流产后疼痛综合征病因及诊治.方法:对流产后疼痛综合征患者15例进行回顾性分析.结果:所有患者经再次负压吸引清除宫内积血凝块后腹痛等症状、体征迅速缓解、消失.结论:流产后疼痛综合征只要再次吸宫即可治愈.

Abstract:

To describe the cause and management of postabortive pain syndrome(PPS). Method: Fifteen cases of PPS were reviewed. Results: The patients with PPS had rapid and excellent responses to secondary negative pressure suction, and the symptoms and signs disappeared rapidly. Conclusions: The secondary negative pressure suction is of choice to manage PPS.
