| 目的:评价皮质类固醇激素在预防老年人带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的效果.方法:对178例60岁以上的带状疱疹患者进行了常规治疗和加用曲安西龙片(商品名为阿赛松,由天津药业有限公司生产)进行对照研究.结果:试验组优于对照组,两者PHN的发生率在统计学上有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论: 肯定了皮质类固醇激素在预防老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的作用. |

| Abstract: |
| To evaluate the effect of corticosteroid on the prevention of PHN of the elderly people. Methods : Comparison between the ritual treatment and the ritual one with added Triamcinolone Tablets is carried out over the 178 cases (They are over 60 years old). Results : The rate of cure and effectiveness in the experimental group is superior to the other. There is statistically remarkable difference between them about the rate of occurrence of PHN (P<0.01). Conclusion: The study confirms the function of corticosteroid in the prevention of PHN of the elderly people. |
