| 孕妇患甲状腺机能亢进症对其新生儿甲状腺功能的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的: 探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)孕妇的甲状腺功能状态对其新生儿甲状腺功能的影响.方法:测定20例孕前或孕中诊断为甲亢,并不规则服用抗甲状腺药物的孕妇分娩前血清及其新生儿脐血血清的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)值.结果:约半数孕妇和部分新生儿甲状腺功能增高,说明孕妇孕期抗甲状腺药物治疗不足.结论:孕妇患甲亢时对新生儿甲状腺功能有明显影响;孕妇孕期应坚持应用最低有效剂量的抗甲状腺药物治疗,监测FT4及TSH,保持FT4于正常上限,以利于胎儿脑组织的正常发育. |

| To discuss the effect of maternal thyroid functions with Graves' disease on the thyroid status of their newborn infants. Methods: We measured TSH, FT3 and FT4 of 20 pregnant women with Graves' disease who received irregular antithyroid drugs therapy and their newborn infants. Results: About half of the pregnant women with Graves' disease and part of newborn infants presented hyperthyroid status that ment the mothers have got inadequate antithyroid drug therapy. Conclusions: Thyroid functions of mothers with Graves' disease have remarkable effect on their neonatal thyroid status; So pregnant women with Graves' disease should keep the antithyroid drug therapy during the pregnancy and maintain the maternal FT4 level in approximately the upper line of normal range, then ensure the development of fetal brain. Maternal FT4 and TSH can serve as the criteria for predicating neonatal hyperthyroidism. |
