银杏叶黄酮对高血脂大鼠血脂水平的影响

摘要:
目的:观察银杏叶黄酮的降血脂作用.方法:用高血脂饲料喂养SD大鼠,制备高血脂症大鼠模型,银杏叶黄酮两个剂量组每日灌胃给药.以丹香降脂颗粒为阳性对照组,高血脂模型组给予等容量NS .于给药第14天和第28天分别取血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三脂(TG)指标 .结果:银杏叶黄酮组TC、TG水平明显降低(P<0.01).结论:银杏叶黄酮有较明显的降血脂作用.

Abstract:
To observe the effects of Ginkgoliloba leave flavonoids(GBLF)on decreasing of blood lipid level. Methods:To make use of high blood lipid rats model. The high blood lipid rats randomized classify as four groups:high blood lipid model group (NS),dan xiang jiang Zhi ke li group(1000 mg·kg·-1ig -1),GBLF low dose group (20 mg·kg·-1ig-1), GBLF high dose group (40 mg·kg·-1ig-1). After administration d14 and d18,the blood chlesterol (TC) and Triglyceide (TG) were assayed. Results : GBLF could reduce TC and TG ,apparent difference was found be tween the GBLF group and the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:GBLF may reduce apparently the blood lipid level in rats.
