| 目的:调查老年缺失牙与松动牙情况,并对其不同的心理状态进行分析.方法:对182名老年人牙列及修复情况进行了调查并分析其心理状态.结果:182名老年人中,缺牙为143例(78.6%),病因主要为龋病及牙周病.修复人数为108例(75.5%),其中有9例为不良修复体;未修复的35例(39.3%).结论:针对老年人心理、生理、病理特点,积极开展老年口腔卫生保健,提高义齿的修复水平,并加强心理素质教育,可以使义齿修复取得更好的疗效. |

| To investigate the lack/or loose of tooth of old patients and analysis their psychology. Method:182 old patients with lack of tooth were investigated and their psychology were analysised. Results: 143 cases(78.6%)were tooth lack out of 182 cases.Dental caries and predontitis were the causes of the lack of tooth.108 cases(75.5%) have repaired their lost teeth and 35 cases have unrepaires (39.3%) whose psychology factor influence the tooth repairetion. Conclusions: Considered the old patients physiological,psychology and pathology characteristic enforces their education of oral health and psychology quality has profitable to the body health |
