摘要: |
探讨血小板活化、凝血激活与妊高征的关系及临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定44例妊高征患者血浆α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140),由ACL 3000 plus 自动血凝仪通过PT-der法测定纤维蛋白原;并用相同的方法测定30例正常妊娠晚期孕妇的上述指标,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:妊高征组GMP-140值为30.79±13.65,轻度妊高征组为20.92±6.33,中度妊高征组为27.53±4.98,重度妊高征组为39.90±16.17,正常晚孕组为20.07±5.76;妊高征组Fg值为4.91±1.48,轻度妊高征组为4.49±0.78,中度妊高征组为4.52±1.01,重度妊高征组为5.50±1.93,正常晚孕组为4.15±0.64。妊高征患者血浆GMP-140纤维蛋白原含量均明显高于正常晚孕组(P<0.01)。并随病情(轻、中、重)呈递增趋势。结论:血浆GMP-140水平及Fg含量反映患者血小板活化程度及凝血激活系统功能,这是观察妊高征的发生、发展的有效指标,对临床上进行危险性评估、判断预后、选择合理的治疗措施等均有一定的指导价值 |

To discuss the clinical significance of platelet activation,coagulation activation and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. (PIH) Methods:PIH patients of 44 cases and nirmal late-pregnancy women cases of were included.The plasma agranular membrane protein (GMP-140) were assayed by ensyme linked immunosoptive double antibodies,fibrinogen (.Fg)were assayed by PT-der method through ACL-3000 plus auto-coagulation apparatus. Results:The mean GMP-140 were 20.07±5.76 in control group and 30.79±13.65 in PIH group, 20.92±6.33 in mild PIH,53±4.98 in moderate PIH and 39.90±16.17 in severe PIH. The mean Fg are 4.15±0.64 in control group and 4.91±1.48 in PIH group, 4.49±0.78 in mild PIH, 4.52±1.01 in moderate PIH and 5.50±1.93 in severe PIH. The GMP-140 and Fg in PIH group are higher than in normal late pregnancy group (P<0.01). The values are also increased with the degree of sickness. Conclusions: Platelet activation.coagulation activating system and endothelial cytocytes, injury are more important of development of PIH. |
