目的:探讨建立稳定的大鼠全胰十二指肠移植模型.方法:采用大鼠全胰十二指肠移植肠道引流术式进行移植手术50例,对术中及术后发生并发症及死亡的12只大鼠进行解剖,分析其死亡原因.结果:在前25例中,由于并发症在1周内死亡的大鼠10只,存活率为60%;在后25例中,对手术操作加以改进,有效地防止了并发症的发生,1周内死亡2只,存活率达92%.结论:术中及术后发生的并发症多与手术操作有关. |

Analysis and prevention of complication of pancreaticduodenal transplantation in rats |

Abstract: |
To establish a rat model of stable pancreaticoduodenal transplantation. Methods: 50 rats received pancreaticoduodenal transplantation using duodenal drainage. 12 dead tats were dissected and the causes for death and the complication were analysed. Results: Among anterior 25 cases,10 rats died after operation one week, the survival rate was 60%; among posterior 25 cases only 2 rats died, the one-week survival rate got 92% by improving operation,which can prevent the complications effectively.Conclusion:Most of complications were related with operation. |
