| 摘要: |
| 评价CT结肠癌诊断中的价值。所有病例经手术及病理证实，CT扫描层厚和层间距均为9mm。结果：结肠癌的主要CT表现为不规则软组织肿块、肠壁增厚、肿块边缘不规则，侵及周围器官、肝转移及淋巴结肿大。结论：CT对结肠癌的位置。大小、范围，腔外肿块及远处转移均敏感，但定性诊断仍有一定困难。 |

| To study the rate and their resistance to general antibiotics of Eschenchia Coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae stains producing Extended Spectrum β-lacta mases(ESBLs) in lower respiratory tract infection Patients.120 strains of Escherichia Coli and Klebsiella Pneumoniae were required from the patients[BF][JP9]'[JP][BFQ]s sputum; ESBLs of them were then detected by E-test.6 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and 4 Stains of Escherichia coli were strains producing ESBLs, The rate of Strains producing ESBLs in 120 strains bacterum was 8%.The drug resistance rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae producing ESBLs were:0 for IPM,17% for CFS and 100% for AMP; The drug resistance rates of Escherichia coli producing ESBLs were:0 for IPM,50% for |
