试新安装的Varian 2300 C/D医用直线加速器主要物理性能。测试方法:利用电离室法、胶片法及三维水箱扫描法,主要按照国家标准对加速器的机械性能、射线的平坦度、对称性、半影宽度、吸收剂量的短期重复性和线性、剂量率准确性以及15MVX射线最大有用线束外漏射线等进行测试。结果:等中心精度≤1 mm;灯光野与照射野的符合性≤1 mm;射线的平坦度、对称性、半影宽度分别满足国家标准规定值≤6%、≤3%、≤8.0mm 的要求;吸收剂量的短期重复性较好,最大偏差仅为0.4%;6MV和12MeV吸收剂量线性的最大偏差分别为0.66%和0.22%,均符合国标规定值≤2%的要求。 |

To measure some important physical performances for new Varian2300C/D Linear accelerator. Methods:The methods of measurement were in according with the standards of China using the ionization chamber and X-ray film as well as 3D scanning system. Results: the radiation intersection point had a maximum excursion of≤1.0mm radius. The coincidences of Light field and radiation field were no morn than1 0 mm difference on any edge.The actual field flatenss was ≤6%, the actual symmetry was≤3%,the penumbra region width was ≤8.0mm. The absorption dose short term reproduction was good, the maximum difference was only 0.4%. the maximum deviofion was 0.66%, and 12 MeV was 0[BF].[BFQ]22%,they were all no more than 2%. |
