| 探索科学化、规范化工人工耳蜗植入术后听觉语言康复模式，评估听觉语言康复效果。方法：使用普通话听觉语言康复教程，对5例人工耳蜗术后自然声音、韵母、声母、四声声调的察觉辨认训练，对单词单句的辨认与理解训练平均6～18个月。结果：5例对自然声音的察觉成绩为100%，韵母的分辨率为94.1%，声母的分辨率为76.0%，四声的分辨率为78.6%。结论：使用普通话人工耳蜗听觉语言康复教程，对5例人工耳蜗术后者进行科学化系统化地听觉语言康复训练成绩显著，评估的资料科学、完整、统一，可以作为标准化听觉语言康复评估的依据。 |

| Objective:To explore the scientific and standard pattern of hearing speech rehabilitation after cochlear implantation.Methods:Using textbook of Mandarin-Speech hearing speech rehabilitation to train: detection and discrimination of environmental sounds, vowels, consonants and four tones; identification and understanding of words and sentences for 6 months to 18 months. At the same time of training to evaluate the effect of hearing speech rehabilitation regularly. Results For five implantes the discrimination rates of environmental sounds, vowels, consonants and four tones were 100%, 94.1%, 76.0%, 78.6% respectively. Conclusion:Good results were obtained by using textbook of Mandarin-Speech hearing speech rehabilitation to train scientifically and systematically.
