耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的检测及药敏结果分析

摘要:
研究耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的检测及耐药性情况,指导临床用药。方法:通过K-B法初筛和MIC法精筛,从451株葡萄球菌(金葡菌SA 240株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌CNS 211株)中选出MRS,用SENSITITRE Aris测定万古霉素等11种抗菌药物对MRS的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),评价其体外抗菌活性,同时对耐药性进行分析。结果:451株葡萄球菌种有115株SA(47.9%)和96株CNS(45.5%)耐苯唑西林,11种抗菌药物的MIC90除万古霉素和利福平外均明显增高。万古霉素对所有的菌株的耐药率均为0%,多数药物对MRS作用差,但利福平对MRSA和MRCNS耐药率较低,分别为5.7%和18.7%。结论:万古霉素对MRS的体外抗菌活性最强,其次为利福平,其它药物则较弱

Abstract:
The study was designed to incestigate the isolation and identification of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococci and their resistance,then directed the use of antibacterial agents in clinic. Methods: By Kirty-Bauer disk diffusion and angar ilution(MIC), MRS was isolated and identifited from 451 Staphylococcus srtains(240 S.Aureus and 211 coagulase-negative Staphylococci).The MIC values of 11 antibacterial agents including vancomycin againts MRS have been assayed with SENSITITRE Aris.The in vitro activities of these agents and resistances of Staphylococci were evaluated.Results:Among 451 Staphylococci, 115 strains(47.9%) were MRSA and 96 strains (45.5%)were MRCNS. the MIC90 of Vancomycin,Rifampin against these resistant stains increased mode rately, but that of the others increased obviously. Vancomycin could inhibit all bacterial strains.Most of the resistance rates of the tested agents for Methcillin-resistant Staphylococcus were higher. But the resistance rates of rifampin for MRSA and MRCNS isolated were relatively lower,respectively 5.7% and 18.7%. Conclusion: The results suggested that Vancomycin was the most active glycopeptide against Staphylococci, Rifampin was less active than glycopeptide,but more active than others
