| 应用二维彩色多普勒血流显像诊断7例门静脉海绵样变性,其中5例经手术证实,2例经血管造影证实,诊断符合率为100%.结果表明,门静脉海绵样变性的二维超声具有特征性改变,结合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)及脉冲多普勒(PD)可进一步明确诊断并进行鉴别诊断.结论:二维彩色多普勒血流显像是诊断门静脉海绵样变性的理想的影像学技术. |

| Abstract: |
| Seven cases with cavernous transformation of the portal vein(CTPV)were examined by two-dimensional color Doppler flow image.Five cases were proved by operation and two cases were proved by DSA.The diagnostic rate is 100%.The results indecated that 2-D ultrasound had a specific image in diagnosing CTPV.By using CDFI and PD techneques,the further diagnosis and differential diagnosis could be made. Conclusion:2-D color Doppler flow image is an ideal imaging method in diagnosing CTPV. |
