| 旨在评价新铂类化合物N-烷基亚胺二乙酸二氨铂(Ⅱ)配合物(NMDA)体内抑瘤作用。方法：采用小鼠移植性腹水瘤和实体瘤模型，检测生命延长率或瘤重抑制率。结果显示，对小鼠移植性腹水瘤艾氏腹水癌有较高疗效，当剂量为75 mg/kg时，生命延长率达112.3%；当剂量为50、75mg/kg时，对小鼠移植性实体瘤S180的瘤重抑制率分别为30.6%和43.9%；对小鼠移植性实体瘤G422有轻微的抑制作用；对肝癌H22无抑制作用 |

| Abstract: |
| To investigate antitumor efficacy of a new Pt coordination complex NMDA,the antitumor tests were made in mouse bearing tumor. The results showed that the increase in life span of ascites tumor beating mice was 112.3% at a dose of 75mg/kg(ip).The growth of S180 solid sarcoma was also significantly suppressed by ip NMDA.At the dose of 50 or 75g/kg(ip),the inhibition rates were 30.6 and 43.9%, respectively.These results indicate that NMDA is a potential antitumor drug |
